Becoming an Exhibitor

A few things to keep in mind:

• The tables are allocated on invite basis only. There are limited tables available, so get your payment in ASAP.
• Note that the show runs within Mall hours. You are expected to be set up by 9:30am, stay till the event ends at 5:00pm, and be fully loaded out by 6:00pm. No loading or unloading during mall hours, except with the permission of Curious ComiCon.
• For this show we are bound by Mall Rules. No inappropriate materials or displays, and no smoking, vaping or alcohol on the premises. Displays to be professional, no hand-written signs. All tables must be covered with a tablecloth to be supplied by Curious ComiCon. No part of any display shall exceed five feet (5’) in height. All cartons and any personal belongings are to be kept out of sight and not visible to the public. No additional tables or stands allowed without permission from Curious ComiCon, you will be asked to remove extras immediately. Please be discrete with food and drink.
• Curious Comics and the owners of Country Club Mall will not be held responsible for injury or loss of property before, during, or after the show. I authorize the use of my name, voice, picture, and information on this entry form in any broadcast, promotion, advertising and in any other way, without payment to me or any other compensation.
• Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the show will not be refunded.
